Healthy Cooking Recipes
Nothing beats making your own homemade chicken stock to go along with any soup recipe such as my favourite Chicken Noodle Soup recipe which you can watch here:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Chicken Stock Recipe:

-2 stalks celery
-2-3 medium carrots
-1 med sized brown onion
-1 inch of ginger
-handful of fresh parsley
-2-4 cloves of garlic
– Enough filtered water to fill to the top!
– 1 whole organic chicken (I used Blue Goose)
-Spices: Turmeric, cayenne, peppercorns, cumin (to taste)

*Throw everything into a large crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours or for best results low for 10 hours =)
