Healthy breakfast ideas for back to school! Recipes for back to school 🙂

Recipe Breakdown:

Banana Almond Smoothie
-unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use almond breeze)
-1 frozen banana
-Organic cinnamon
-1 tbsp. of almond butter (I use “Nuts to You Nut Butter Inc.)
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (My favourite is by Sun Warrior)
-1 heaping tbsp. of raw oats

Layered Berry Parfait:
-1/2 cup of your favourite granola ( I used a GF brand by “Love Grown” their Apple Walnut Coconut flavour)
-1/2 cup of coconut milk yogurt
-1 tsp. Chia seeds ( I used PRANA
-1 tsp. Hemp hearts ( I used Manitoba Harvest)
-Organic cinnamon

Banana Blueberry Oatmeal:
-Instant oatmeal (I used Natures Path Blueberry Flax)
-1 banana
-1/2 cup of blueberries
-Organic cinnamon
