Gingerbread Men Cookies:

1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
3 Tbsp molasses
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/5 cups spelt flour

Icing:
1 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 cups icing sugar
